I'd be grateful to hear from anyone with any information regarding my GGG Grandfather and Grandmother.
He was a bootmaker by trade.He and his family left Ireland between 1847-1849 (presumably to escape the famine)and settled in Liverpool
They had three sons at the time of leaving.
John baptised 15.01.1843
Thomas baptised 03.12.1844
Edward no details but possibly born 1847

Catherine CONNOR & Jeremiah SULLIVAN of Curraheen, Derryquay, Tralee & Curraghleha in County Kerry had 5 children: Ellen - 6/10/1807; Catherine - 11/20/1809; Daniel - 4/09/1812; John - 1/16/1817 and Dermot - (Jeremiah) 9/09/1821. The surnames of these children's godparents were: CONNOR, SAVAGE, COLLINS, STACK, SULLIVAN and SHEA. Do any of these names or places sound familiar?
