I thought I had placed a message on this board years ago but I cant find it so here it goes again. -----

I am searching for Edward (O)Connell who emigrated from Ireland to the USA. He was born in or near Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland in August 1853. He was the son of Pat Connell and Ellen Daly. He was the brother of my ggrandfather Joseph Connell who emigrated to Argentina. His half brother Thomas Connell emigrated to Australia. He had many other half brothers and sisters as his father later married Catherine Maher. -------

Joseph chose to be called O’Connell so his brother could also be O’Connell?
I have no idea where he lived in USA. ------

So far I have found a family in the Buffalo 1892 Census but I cannot make the connection as all I have is somebody called Edward O’Connell born about 1854, married to Catherine (b. Ireland) with a son Richard born 1890.

******* I would love to know how to find Edward’s death certificate or any info that will have his parents names, etc.-----
