I am new at this message board thing , I posted a message some time back and just now figured out some what how I ck the board . I descend from my 6th great grandfather Rev. Hugh Lee Conn . My grandmother would be Mary Bell Conn born in Ky died in Jefferson County Indiana . I have been rather confused with all the information out there on the Conn family . There seems to be a lot of incorrect info in family trees , even I when I started my tree I collected every hint only to find out later there are a lot of errors . I am hoping that you can give me some insight on Rev. Hugh Lee Conn line from Aryshire and Northern Ireland and your Conn line . One of the threads I read stated that Rev. Hugh Lee Conn's line did not come from Aberdeenshire Scotland . I have watched documentary's on Scotland about Clan Donald , so I am aware of some history of how the Conn name came about . Would like to discuss the Conn line further with you .
