Notes:
Polly Hallax is almost certainly Mary "Polly" Conn, second wife of Benjamin Hallack. Oberia could be Olivia. Heseheah is likely Hezekiah.
Note granddaughter Sarah Broadus in Sarah Conn's will and also as daughter in son Thomas Conn's will.
Note Lucy is a different name than the marriage record for Thomas Conn and Mary Paxton 09/13/1787 in Rockbridge Virginia; suggesting Lucy is a second wife. Note reference to two "youngest" children Oberia and Hezekiah were left the legacy of a debt owed by John B Armistead. Could this mean that the two youngest children might be children of Thomas from this second wife and John B Armistead is a relative on her side of the family (father, grandfather, uncle)?
Note the names of the Conns to sign a real estate deed with the executor of this will match the names of his brothers in the father's will. (except for the absence of Notley and James listed twice). Could the listing of James Conn twice as a brother of Thomas in his will be a typo, while not listing brother Notley? Or is there a reason why James Conn is listed twice in that list?
