I think we are talking about two different Mary Colquhoun.My Archibald came to the port of Wilmington NC USA
in 1776 from Scotland with his mother Mary her Husband Dougal Carmichal and Children Archibald Colquhoun (My ancester) and his sister Ann Colquhoun. Now Ann could have been named Mary Ann but I have no proof but I have heard through family that she married a Sulivan but no proof some of the family still live in the McCoil SC area. wade@sccoast.net
