I am lookng for any information on COLQUHOUNS in OldKilpatrick pre 1800

My main family interest is WILLLIAMSON who are recorded in Old Kilpatrick Dunbartonshire for many generations during which time there is evidence of many marriages between the

COLQHOUNs and WILLIAMSONs.

Both the COLQUHOUNs and WILLIAMSONs are recorded as
'oF Mains' and in some cases 'of Mains' in Luss.

married
Janet COLQUHOUN ,
Mary Williamson was born of the marriage
on 09 December 1688
also
Agnes WILLLIAMSON
January 1692
Marriage and births in Old Kilpatrick Dunbarton Sct.

If anyone has connections with Colquhouns or Williamsons around 1600 - 1800 I would like to make contact.

I do have more specific dates and names but this is a starting point
.I have no knowledge abount any emigration .
