Evidence indicates that she was the mother of Thomas Coleman Hoskins and the wife of William Hoskins of Halifax County. She is not named directly in William's will (she is referred to as his loving wife) however, she was named the guardian for Thomas until he reached the age of 21. She is also shown in the Public Claims Records for Halifax County as providing aid to the Continental Army. I am currently looking for a copy of her will, if she left one. I know she died around 1809. Trying to prove her service for DAR.
