I am researching my COLE family. Looking for Joe Cole. b. abt 1850 in MS. He was an African American. In 1870 he was living in the Brazos Bottoms in Tunis, Burleson Co., TX. He later married Josephine Robertson in 1879. They had several children and settled there in Tunis. If you have any information regaring Joe Cole I would be greatly appreciative.
