Want to connect with anyone doing research on the Coquillette family, starting with Francis in New Rochelle, NY. The original family history contains a number of serious errors. Several generations have been omitted. Please e-mail at patnted@bestweb.net. Thanks, Pat

Classification: Query
Lineage: Francis (Capet) Coquillette - who fled persecution with wife and son Daniel (left daughter in school in France); Daniel married twice, buried between both wives in NY; line goes on to son by first wife...I believe also named Daniel who married Maria Stevens; the youngest of their six children, William married Maria Garrison and had ten children...Sarah Jane married Thomas Masters Cook on Christmas of 1843. One of their six children, Charles E Cook married May Grace McNish (one of 10 children herself) and had two children, Bess and Harry. Bess married Walter Butler and produced my mother Helen, and Uncle Charles.
I have a few interesting "asides", and would like any other "info" pertaining to the line. I notice that my great grandmother's name was incorrectly written as Mary Grace McNish.
