I am glad these are the same lines. I am working the Cohea line and have very little information on the Rentfrow line could you help me with information for the family sheet such as siblings and parents with dates that is as far as i wish to go on the Rentfrow line. If you need any information on the Cohea side i can help some.Richard Cohea was one of the first settlers of whom there is any record in the Green Creek area called Bull Flat. His son James Ramsey built the first grain mill in Bull Flat.Richard was bitten by a snake while he was being nursed back to health by Miss Rodisa Rentfrow, they fell in love and were married. Are you working the Rentfrow line?
Thank you for your reply and any help you can give me.

Did your Eliz Rentfrow have a sister? I have a Melinda Ellen Rentfrow who married John F. Hensley in 1845. Their descendant married into my Langford family, but not until much later, 1920's.

Terry,

Are you a descendant of Reverend John Franklin Hensley and his wife Melinda Eleanor (Ellen/Ella) Rentfrow? Their son, William Lafayette Hensley is my great grandfather.

Also, my Great grandfather, William Lafayette Hensley, married Lola Royston, widow of John Sidney Lankford. I have a little information on my step-cousins, children of Lola and John.
