Surnames: Coallier, Navion, Novion, Nouvion
Try under Navion. This elusive couple is in the canadian 1881 census under Adalore Navion living in Hull QC. Omer is their sole child at the time.

As far as fitting in the existing Coallier line is concerned, the closest individual (no marriage record found)I have is Michel-Adélard born 1861. His father did use the surname Navion so we have a possible fit. Only his marriage to Adéline Décarie or Dicaire would allow us to close the gap. I have not found it in the Quebec province using the Lafrance search engine in the Drouin institute's database.

No miracles today, sorry!
