Hello, my name is Shirley A. Cloude. My father changed our name from Cloud to Cloude some years ago. I will have to look up the names that you gave me to see the info that I have for them. I believe Hiram is my Grandfather's Brother. And Abner is my Great Grandfather. My Grand father's name is Ruebin Arthur Cloud. My Grandmother's is Hettie Lula Carpenter Cloud. She is from Alabama. She married my Grandfather in Havana, Arkansas. Then they moved to Ft. Smith Arkansas. I believe my Grandfather's families come from Kansas, Georgia and around that area. I do not have the Reuben Arthur Cloud or Hiram Wilson Cloud. Is Reuben the person I have as Robert A. Cloud? Also, could Hiram have been born after 1880 census and have left home prior to the 1900 census? That could explain why I missed him.

3 - There is the Cloud Family Association -- a group organized by some of our kinfolks back in the seventies. They have a very large amount of data on the Cloud family. One of the invaluable things is a CD created by our cousin Ken Cloud which has all the past newsletters up to a year or so ago. It is a rich resource of genealogical data on the Cloud family.

Tom, I looked at the. Cloud Family on MyKindred, that you suggested. I am sure the Cloud's listed are not of the Cloud family that I am looking for. Also, there was very little on the Cloud Family.
