1824 - Will; Owen County, Kentucky

July 20,1824 states his wife's name was Charlotte and that his "real and personal may remain in the care of my beloved wife during the time she may remain a widow and that at her death or marriage said estate be equally divided among my children" He names his children: Milton, Lavina, Wiat, Katherine, Zilpah, Malinda, Meariah, Alfred, Nancy and Joal.

1824 - Inventory Bond
Estate of Noah Clifton, dated December 13, 1824. It reads "That Charlotte Clifton and Richard Osborne are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the just and full sum of $500.00"
