Hello there my name is Christine Bertoni nee Treleaven and I am researching a family tree for the surname "Clark" Clarke"
My grandmother had in her possession several copies of Deeds the first being:

WILLIAM CLARKE CLARK order in council for crown grant of 100 acres for himself and 150 acres for his family consisting of a wife and two ten children in the 10th township district Mecklenburgh signed at Kingston Ontario 1791 (this name appears with and without the "e" in several place on the document

JOSEPH CLARKE CLARK , order in council for a crown grant of land in the name of Joseph Clark Clarke (this name appears with and without the "e" in several place on the document including his signature. This deed was 200 acres for given to him by the Crown as a free grant as his father William was a U.E. Loyalilst. This deed is for property known as Township of Camden County of Lennox & Addington being Lot 47 in Concession 8. This document gives this land at his 21st birthday and it is dated April 1808 giving a birthdate for Joseph of 1787.

JAMES CLARKE CLARK , An affidavit stating he is the son of William and 21 years of ago and is to receive crown grant for land in the name of James Clark for 200 acres as the son of William Clarke Clark U.E. Loyalist of the township of Adolphustown dated January 1816 giving a birthdate for James of 1795. (this name appears with and without the "e" in several place on the document

MARY CLARKE CLARK born 1789 in canada Lennox & Addington married 1808 to BELYATTEE OUTWATER born 1785 in Dutchess County New York and she was also granted land and I also have information on her husbands side for their tree which contains names such as OUTWATER, PARKS, HAWLEY, RUTTAN, HUFFMAN etc etc)

JOHN CLARK order in council for land grant as son of U.E. loyalist given at age 21 making his birth date 1810.

My grandmother was Hattie Estelle Weller born 1890 in Rochester NY. NOTE:(her mother was visting friends there when she went into labour) her mother was SARAH ADDIE CLARKE CLARK born 1864 & her father Thomas E. Weller born 1864 and they were married December 23, 1885 in Halibiurton Ontario Canada. They had other children a male Milton Conrad Weller (who I understand contracted Mumps and did not bear any children?) and Evelyn Marie Weller who died in her twenties never married nor children. My grandmother Hattie married Wilfred Warner Treleaven my maiden name and there is a full published history of the Treleaven's dating back to 1507 and which I participated in the completion of.

So it is additional information about William before and after tha I need help with and was wondering if perhaps you have come across any of these names.

My grandmother and her parents lived in the Brighton, Coburg area. Any help would be appreciated as with many other amatuer genealogists all of my senior family members have passed away & my generation is the last one and I would like to complete this section of my tree
