David b. about 1781, unmarried.

Note that one of Jonathan's grand-daughter's Florence E. did marry George H. Bates and that couple had two sons, W. Scott and Albert. We know that W. Scott Bates had two sons, George Preston and Nathaniel Breed. We do not know if either of these men married and had children. W. Scott was b. in Kansas City, he married Dorothea Breed in Lynn, MA 11 Apr 1931. She was b. 9 Jun 1905 in Lynn.
