I am trying to create a history of the
Sam S. Citraro family. Sam (b. 3/8/1884)
came to America from Italy c. 1900, married
Rosa (maiden name unknown) and had 6 children:
Katherine (Kay), Sam Jr., Antonette, John,
Joseph and Caesar somewhere in West Virginia
(or Pennsylvania). Rosa died after giving
birth to Caesar and Sam remarried someone
named Maria (Guisseppi?). At some point
they all ended up in Cleveland, Ohio. If you
are a relative or perhaps a friend of this
family and can give me any information,
please contact me. I am the daughter of
John Citraro (deceased) and have little
information on our families history. Thank
you!

Deborah, I am salvatore, son of Sam Citraro(first cousin to Deborah). Who father was Sam Citraro ( who was a brother of John). Grandma Rosa maiden name was Mascaro. Rosa husband Sam had a sister, don't know her name as of yet. Will contact you when I find the information.

Do you know where your father was born. Cleveland or West Va.

Hi Sal!
Thank you for Rosa's maiden name. That's
a big help. My father John was born in
Pierce, WV (according to my mother). I have
sent to Social Security for records on my
father and grandfather. I could send you a
Gedcom file on what I have so far on the
family if you'd like it. Let me know.

Hi Deborah,

The Gedcomfile would be great, if you have trouble sending it to our home address, you can also send it to my work address which is:
Citrarm@ccf.org.
When we find out more information out about the family we will forward it to you. Thanks
Mary Ann (Sals sister)

Hi Mary Ann!
Geez. I go 2 months without a response
and suddenly everybody's here! Okay, only
my brother, you and Sal, but that's more
than I expected. I would be happy to send
the file. I have to update it with a lot of
new information I received today, but I
should get it to you no later than tomorrow.
Anything you could add in the way of birth
dates, deaths, places, marriages, etc. would
be great! It's wonderful to hear from you.
