Re: Ciccanti - (my maiden name)
Hi, I'm searching for Mazzetti's from Pittsburgh. Charles Mazzetti was born in Pittsburgh in 1896. His parents were Joseph Mazzetti and I think his mother's name was Jennie. Joseph was born around 1860 in Italy. Charles was married to Marie Fuchs. Charles had 2 brothers that I know of, Louis and Joseph. Do you have connection to this Mazzetti family.

Re: Ciccanti - (my maiden name)
I have two mazzetti's both in the LA area, but the elder migrated from Italy oldest Camillo Mazetti born in 1890 and died in 1969 and the second Camillo Mazetti born in 1912 and died in 1993. It appears they migrated from the east coast per the 1930 census. Let me know if you want to discuss further, there may be a connection. Kendra gd2bethequeen@yahoo.com

Re: Ciccanti - (my maiden name)
Joseph (Guiseppe) Mazzetti, born 1860's, migrated from northern Italy. I believe Joseph (Guiseppe) came through New York but not sure. His children were born in Pennsylvania from the mid-1890s to early 1900s. His sons were Charles, Louis and Joseph. Charles married Marie Fuchs in PA. Charles had an orchestra called The Charles Mazzetti White Fleet Orchestra.
What part of Italy is Camillo Mazzetti from?

Re: Ciccanti - (my maiden name)
Hello! My grandfather was Nazareth Mazzetti. His mother was Jeanie Ciccanti and his father was Carlo Mazzetti, my great grandparents. Luigi and Giovannina were his Grandparents, my great great grandparents. I have recently come across tons of pictures of the entire family, luckily with writing on the back. I was able to figure out who everyone was! I want to visit Italy soon, and am looking for some people who might be over there to visit. I hope you get this message....write back! Jessie Mazzetti

Re: Ciccanti - (my maiden name)
Do you know if Carlo had a brother named Joseph? Joseph was born in Italy in 1860. Joseph married Jennie Stafford. They lived in Pittsburgh. When and where was Carlo born? Carlo and Joseph must be related somehow.
My mother-in-law went to school in Ambridge. She recently saw August Mazzetti in her yearbook. He played in the band. He was very handsome. If you'd like a copy, I'll send it to you.

I'm interested in Jean Mazzetti. What do you know about Jean. Who were her parents?

Re: Ciccanti - (my maiden name)
Yes, Joseph (Guiseppe), married to Jenny, was Carlo Mazzetti's brother. All I know is that my family was from Ascoli Piceno, Marche, Italy. So I'm guessing that means Joseph too, because I know my Grandfather's (Naz) parents (Carlo) were from there - so if Carlo was, then Joseph must have been too.
