Ciaccios from Santa Margherita di Belice Italy, to NY and CT

Surnames: Ciaccio Randazzo Salvato Barberino Mandalbano Prizzi
Hello,

I've just started researching my family history, and found this board. I don't know if I'm distantly related to anyone here, so I'll post what I know and maybe we can help each other.

My great-great grandmother was Frances Randazzo Ciaccio. She came from Santa Margherita di Belice to Brooklyn, NY some time around 1899 with her daughters Natala Ciaccio Prizzi (my great grandmother), Marianna (Marion) Ciaccio Salvato, and Antonina (Lena) Ciaccio Barberino. She had a son named Pietro (Peter) who remained in Italy as far as we know. Her husband, George Ciaccio, had left the country earlier, possibly as a soldier, but had not been heard from again. George's parents were Natala Mandalbano and Peter Ciaccio.

Frances and Natala stayed in Brooklyn, NY for about 10-15 years and then moved to CT. I have dates and additional information to share if it would be helpful to anyone.

Best, Debby
