has anyone got a link to england with the name chown?
i am the grandson of ralph chown, who I think has roots in devon, england.
I live just outside london, england, and have (somewhere) a family tree or at least a list of family members but it doesn'tdate back very far.
the name seems to be spread globally, and so far I have seen links with USA and Canada, possibly Africa, and Ireland.
anyone help me here?
