I am one of several Choquette's that live in Springfield. I also have a brother in Florida and another brother in Michigan. How can I help?

CHOQUETTE = SHOKE?

I was wondering how the CHOQUETTE name is pronounced. I just came across a Thomas CHOQUET who entered into CAIUS College in 1608. He was of French origin and changed his name to SHOKE. I am searching SHOKES in SC.

I pronounce the name as SHOW KET but the french pronounce it more like SHAW KET

My family is from Lawrence Mass. We had some relatives in the Fall River area. My family and I live in Southwest Colorado,also we had relatives in Helena Montana. (Leon Choquette) My grandfather was Albert B. Leon was his brother. My fathers name was Joseph Albert his brother was John. My mom Kathy Bombard (Wallick) told me that she remembers visiting a relative that was a fat lady in a circus when she was a kid. Her mom's maiden name was Edith Mary Choquette. She had a uncle Lenwood,Millie,Gladys.
All Choquettes. I am looking for family info on the Choquettes.

My mother's mother was Edith Mary Choquette who married Jerry Bombard. Edith died at an early age. She was survived by Lenny, Gladys and Millie Choquette. I am looking for family tree or any type info.
