Hi, I was just surfing for info on the Choate name and history. Is there a particular site where there is a family tree that exists that I could add information that I have to it?
Thanks,
Jennifer Choate

There are all kinds of websites that have Choate info out there. If you can give me your lineage or a starting point, maybe I can send you in the right direction. I am from the Christopher Choate of Fentress Co., TN lineage, if that helps any.

I have a Family Bible with Choate's name. It starts in the 1718 and ends in 1893. Most that are mentioned in the bible are from NH, Mass, and some are from ILL. Let me know if you are interested. shell4@prodigy.net

Bev,
I am looking for information about Edith Choate who gave up a daughter for adoption in 1910 (she was 16). The father of the baby had died before they were married. I have his name as George Adkins.
Opal Fern was adopted by the Hutchins family and was not told she was adopted until the death of her family. Opal Fern is my step-mother's mother. We would really appreciate any information that anyone has to share.
