Jasmine and Nicole,
My grandmother Julia Bogush was the daughter of Dimitri Bogush and his second wife Alexandra Kuzmycz and lived in Kulpmont, PA (His first wife was Julia Rebak). It was a very large family spread out through Shamokin, Mt. Carmel, and Kulpmont. I think that Dimitri sometimes went by Metro or GiGi. Please let me know if you find any connections. I would love to know.
Thank you, Sarah Kaplan (Bogush & Gekosky granddaughter)

Sarah,
Your Grandmother was my mother's cousin. Your great grand father and my grand father were brothers.
I have a lot of information, and have contacts with many Bogush relatives in the Shamokin area.
|
Nick,
Metro Bogush is my great grandfather. I'd love to get in touch with you and see what information you have about the Bogush family.

I am Mike Chladek... my Granfather was "John" Aloysius Chladek (1925-1981) in Shamokin.
Kenny Bogush is my cousin in Chincoteague. Nicole in Shamokin is my cousin too.
My grandmother did a lot of family tree research. I will see what I can find.
