My name is Marcus Bates and I was born in Caraquet N.B. on August 3rd, 1972. Adopted at birth my name would have been Stephanne Chiasson. I don't have any adoption records. I was told I have older brothers and sisters who were also adopted. Thats all I know. Somenone must know about my birth family. Please help me!!
