I don't have a scanner to put the handwritten
Cheshier memories online for you to view.
However, it begins with a young James Cheshier
who traveled with his parents "Jonathan" and
Mary?? to Illinois. I think James is my great
great grandfather. He married a Nancy Shelton
and they had ten children. The memories don't
say anything more about Jonathan the father
other than what I wrote previously. The
James Cheshier family stayed in Illinois.
I think there were two other children of Jonathan
who also stayed in Illinois even though
Jonathan went on down to Arkansas.You
