I am located in Florida.

My dad, Raymond Daniel Chauvin, was born in Fall River,MA, and was married to Faith Hooper
His Dad, Daniel Emory Chauvin, was born in all River, MA, and was married to Eva Fregeau
His Dad, Emery Chauvin, was born somewhere in Canada and was married to Emma Lamothe
His Dad, Benjamin Chauvin, was born in Boucherville, Quebec, and was married to Louise Benard
His Dad, Joseph Chauvin, was born in Boucherville, Quebec, and was married to Therese Lamoureaux
His Dad, Joseph Chauvin, was born in Boucherville, Quebec and was married to Veronique Aubertin
His Dad was Francois Chauvin, married to Magdeleine Blein, but I do not know where he was born.

I have almost no info on any of this and no sources at all to back any of it up except my father's marriage certificate and his death certificate. In fact, the above information was received from folks on the internet who were kind enough to give me info from something called BodMin or some words that sounded like that.

So yes, I guess you could say I am at a brick wall. I speak no French, and I am a newbie, but I am very computer literate and can look up anything in tht way, plus I have access to Heritage Quest through the library.
