HI William was the son of Henry F (1802-1880) and Ann Allen, Henry was born in Massachusettes. Working backwards his parents were Nathaniel III (1757-1826) and Huldah unknown. Nathaniel was the son of Nathaniel JR. and Ruth Mansfield. Then theres Nathaniel and Rebecca Mason, and that Nathaniel is the son of Jonathan and Hannah Carpenter Chaffee. Jonathan is the son of Nathaniel and Experience Bliss. That brings us to Thomas who is supposed to be the founding member of the family here in the states. Hope this helps :)
