I'm a great, great grand daughter of Pedro & Isabella Corona Selaya (Celaya).

The Isabel Celaya in my wife's family was born in 1802, we are not sure where, but probably in Mexico. She married Jose Antonio Ortega around 1820. Jose's son Jesus married Mercedes Romero and my wife's grandmother, Juana Ortega, was one of eight or nine children of Jesus and Mercedes. There are about three thousand people by blood and marriage listed in this tree. Ron Tovsen has put the tree together and it can be viewed on the ancestry.com family tree. I am still looking for additional information on Isabel.

Is this the same Celaya family?

I don't THINK so---because she was married to a Peter Celaya (Selaya) who was only born in 1842 in Sonora, Mexico. Thanks again for your information.
