Just got a grip on Cayen line I was unsure of
fellow in Ottawa is fairly sure.
The Cayen from Maniwaki,PQ.were Doiron dit Cayen.
There is a First Nations Cayen line look in Pierre Bernard's:Répertoire de mariages de OKA.
-François Cayen wed Marie Anicinabe, son Louis Cayen wed Josephte...(native)in 1869 at OKA.That line finally went to River Desert Band at Maniwaki,PQ.Some descendants are there today.

For Gilberte,
Pierre Bernard's: Repertoire de marriages de OKA. Where can I obtain this
book? Is it written in French? Can't read
French, father use to speak it when we was
kids.
