Hi I've just stumbled across this site and it looks as though we are related
My grandmother was Louisa Bourn nee Cawdeary my mother
Presumably your couisin is Sheila Robinson. My sister Margaret and I have never met any of our Mothers family other than grandparents and Lilly &Reg Cox, Susan & Danny. We would love to see a family tree and learn about the family. Celia@ladin.co.uk

Hello Rosemary,

Its great to make contact with another Cawdeary and my sister has been researching the family for the last 10 years and now I have picked up the mantle. My great great grandfather was Samuel James Watson Cawdeary born 1841 through his son William Samuel and their family that lived in India. My grandmother Marjorie was the youngest daughter of William and my sister and I are try to trace her mother Ellen Teresa and John Mannion but with very limited success. Many long hours in the British Library have not revealed much on this side of the family although Pat has been very helpful and even had some photos of the three children including my grandmother. Any thoughts or information on this side of the family appreciated if you have any links. Ironically have found my gr gr gr grandfather and his father was born and lived very close to where I now live in London tracing back to 1769 when he was born in Woolwich. Wishing you well in your own research. Best Regards Andrew
