I am looking for any information on the Surnames CASTOLDI,RODONI,ZARO, and BOTTIANI. I would like to trace back my Italian heritage as far as possible, but have run into a brick wall. On the maternal side Josephine Rodoni married Philip Zaro in Italy (I believe the Milan area) and came to America. After 5 children (Phillip,Rudy,Ambrose, Alexandra and Tony)Philip died and Josephine married Joseph Bottiani and had one daughter, my grandma Mary. On the paternal side, Angelo Castoldi (brothers Sam and Andrew) married Gaetana Rodoni while in America, their children were Tony, Frank, Amelia, Regina and my grandpa Mario. All of the above came from Italy and originally settled in northern California. My particular branch seemed to have seperated from the main group and moved north to the Walla Walla, Washington area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
