The CARTER,DENNIS,PEYTON,CHINN,CLARK's are all from Rappahannock VA.
It is a magical piece of beauty in the world.
Most that left there went to work in the steel mills oin and around Pittsburgh.
All of those names are very close in "Lil Washington VA.
Do a google of The Inn at Little Washington" in Rappahannock and you will see what it is like today.
