I am looking for any information regarding the parents of a Juanita Carter who was born around 1926 and resided in the District of Columbia in the 1950's and 1960's. From what I was told both of her parents died in a car crash (possibly around 1942) though I don't know in which state they resided. Does this sound like a relative of yours? Thanks.
