My great great grandparents. Have you come across them in your research?
William Carson 1808-1875 married Isabella Hunter 1811?-1911? and lived in the Amaranth/Waldemar area of Ontario. They were Presbyterian
and Orangemen. (I still want to explore this angle). They first showed up on the 1851 census.

They had two sons late in life:
Son, Robert Carson 1853-1908 (my great grandfather) who married Margret Ellen Hemsworth (1861-1947) and lived in the Owen Sound area.
They had 10 children... many moved to BC, some went into the U.S.

Son, William James Carson (1855-?) married Margaret J. Brunton (1863- ?) I haven't completed my research on them.

Do you have any insight into them?
