I have an original cabinet card photo of “George and Grace Carroll”, taken in about 1897 in Audubon (Audubon Co.) IA, which I would like to get back to family. George looks about 14-15 years old and Grace is about age 8.

I found the children in the 1900 census for Leroy (Audubon) IA with their parents Mike T. and Catherine Carroll. Ancestry Public Member Tree shows parents as Michael Thomas Carroll and Catherine O’Rooney. George E. Carroll, with wife Anna, lived in Los Angeles, CA in 1940. Grace Ellen Carroll was born 20 Mar 1889 in Audubon Co. and married Ellsworth Blaine Swart (1887-1962). Swarts lived through 1930 census in Carroll Co., IA and by 1940 lived Santa Monica, CA. Grace died Jun 1951 in Los Angeles Co., CA.
