Congratulations and thank you for your ambitious project. My great grandmother was Mary Ann Carrington (1848-1889). She was born and died in Callaway Co., MO. Her father was Samuel E. Carrington (abt 1819- 1879). He was born in KY, lived in Montgomery Co., KY and came to Callaway Co., MO with his father, Randolph Carrington (abt 1784-1839). They had a land grant by 1827 in Callaway Co. Randolph founded a small town in Callaway Co., named Randolph, MO. His father was Samuel. I do have quite a bit more info on this line if you are interested. Again, thank you for your effort. I would be interested in learning more about your book when complete.
