Wife was Hannah POWER married March 11, 1740 in PA; she was born in Cumberland PA
Children were :
Hugh CARNAHAN born 1730 in Aberdeen, Scotland
John CARNAHAN born 1735 in Ireland
Adam CARNAHAN born January 3, 1741 in Cumberland Co, PA
Captain James CARNAHAN born 1743 in PA
