My husband's G-g-grandmother was Sarah CAPRON and according her marriage record (m. Amable FOUBERT in 1856, Clarence Creek, Ontario, Canada) her father was Nathan CAPRON and her mother was Sarah BEARS. I can find nothing further on the CAPRON line. I don't know where Nathan came from, where or when he may have died. All I know is that he was Presbyterian and tried, unsuccessfully, to murder Sarah and Amable on their wedding day because Sarah had married a Catholic. Does this family sound familiar to anyone?
