i have arthurs dob 9/1/1923 his dod nov 1986. his is clifford"buster" capel 10/14/19.. i dont have the dates for otto capel and emily .could get them. arthur capel married mary bartz.had 2 children clifford and betty. would like more info . arthur had brothers but kevin does not no them. kevin also has a half sister that he does not know. any help would be appreciated. thanks
