My grandparents were Thomas Joseph Cammarata and Barbara Ann Cammarata (maiden - D'Imperio) They were both born in the US, I can't remember their parent's names, however, all my GGP were born in Italy/Sicily. My grandfather was born June 12, 1922 and died Dec. 30, 2003 lived in Brooklyn and Freeport, NY, he has a brother Joseph and a sister Marion who died at age 35/36 of cancer. My grandmother was born Barbara Ann D'Imperio on May 3, 1919, died September 4, 2003. She had many brothers and sisters, don't know if I can remember all, Millicent, Christine, Louis, Richard and can't remember the other four. I know that one of my great grandmother's names was Angela Maria (same as mine) but don't know if it was D'Imperio or Cammarata. I am looking for family that I never knew...please contact me if this sounds familiar to you.
