I am trying to find out information on William & his forebaers. I know he was baptised in Hartshead on 17 Jul 1808 and he married Lydia Goldthorp(e) - my cousin on 18 Aug 1834 also in Hartshead. After that I can find no trace of him. By the time of the census in 1841 Lydia was a widow but I don't know when William died.

William & Lydia had a son Samuel born 8 Jan 1835 in Clifton, Yorkshire - Samuel seems to have had quite a bit of money as he left almost £80,000 when he died in 1897. I'm not sure where this money came form but he was mentioned in his Uncle Henry Byrne's will. (See below)

William was the son of Samuel Camm (1777 - Apr 1840, buried 13 Apr 1840 Clifton) & Elizabeth Cunliffe. They were married 3 Nov 1800 in Birthall, Yorkshire, England. They also had a daughter Mary Elizabeth who was baptised in 1804 and married Henry Byrne on 20 Sep 1829.
