I don't know where to start. My story sounds similar to yours. I've never met anyone of my fathers relatives. My Father spoke of his family often but made no effort to keep in touch and never told us why. I have so many questions unanswerd and as i dig deeper i'm finding out alot of interesting pieces of information. You are the first person i have found. i am so overwhelmed with emotion and at the same time scared of what i may find, you see my father married my mother Miriam in 1954 and told her that all his family members had passed away except for his twin sister, whom my mother never met.so Otilia being alive up until 2 years ago puts another spin in all of this. Glenda, there were so many stories (Maybe False ones ) and issues that were never resolved in my fathers life that i need to talk to someone who might be able to help.
