I came across something that might shed some light into this. My half Nephew sent me an obituary for Carlos ( Charlie) Camero where it states that he was survived by several siblings one of them was a sister by the name of Lucretia Palmeiro , so it appears that there were two Lucretias the other being his daughter ( Octavio's twin) . The Lucrecia in your findings may be the older of the two. I hope this helps .
