If you are on Guam go to UOG Micronesian Area Research Center { MARC} and spend hours looking. I found a lot on my mom's side doing that. Also the Hagatna library has all the back copies of the Guam Recorders which has birth ,death and marriage listings. You must have of course a few names to work with. It's also an interesting place to read about Guam's history, many documents on hand including the 1897 and 1920 census.
Hope this helps others as well.

David,

My father's (Simon Rivera Camacho) brother was Atanacio Camacho. He worked for the Navy I think and lived in Oakland. He had about 10 children. I believe his wife was called Vicenta. I visited their home in 1966 when I first came to the US. I lived with my sister, Terrie Young Marzetta, deceased.

We may be related.

Janise,

You are talking about my first cousins. How are you related? Who are your parents? Where are you living now? This family is not in southern CA now.

Write again,
Bennette Camacho

I was stationed at Anderson air force base in Guam for a year and a half in the early eighties. I lived in Agana for a year and a half. During that time I and my former husband became good friends with Anthony and Bobbi Camacho. I was wondering if you or anyone else had information on how I could contact them again. They are great people. Thank you.

Atanacio and Vicente are my paternal grandparents. They did have 10 children and many grandchildren.

We are mostly in Northern California, though a few have spread out. Most of us are in/around the SF Bay Area.
