Do you have actual documentation verifying Robert H Callen as father to John Carr Callen? How far back have you've gone? Do you know who and when the family migrated from Ireland?

As you see, I have so many questions.

I have been to the Butler County, Al. library looking for my Metcalf(e) roots, but didn't have time to search the Callens. I also went to the cemeteries in Lowndes County, Al. in search of Callens. I want to go back, now that I have a little more information.

This is an exciting journey. I am finally receiving some pictures and documents from my cousin who lives in my grandparents home.
