Mike, I don't have any info regarding Miles (myles) other than he was a younger brother of Daniel (my GGGrandfather) in Wicklow. I think Miles would have been born around 1830 ish. Daniel (b. 1823) Bridget (b. 1825) Patt(b. circa 1828) and Miles (b. circa 1830). Danile and Miles had an Uncle Owen Byrne, however, who was brother of their Fatehr Charlse. So it is very possible that Miles had a son (not his eldest) who was named after him. What else do you know about Miles ?

Mike,

Was Miles born in the Avoca, Cnty Wicklow area ? If so, it is possible that he was either a brother or cousin to my GGGGrandfather, Charles, who was born circa 1795. Does the sur name Neal (O'Neil...) ever come up in your searches ?

Hi Maria,
I haven't found much about Celia & William, but on John and Jane Kehoe's marriage record they are listed as "3rd & 4th cousins, respectively". I have been looking into the cousin connection and I received some baptism records for the children of Michael Keogh and Anne Ford. They were living in Ballykilligeer are and their fourth child is Thomas Keogh bapt. July 10, 1836. Sponsors are Dominick Ford and Celia BYRNE.
On the 1824 Tithe list I received there is a Peter, Michael and Thomas Kehoe listed on the same page as John Dillon & Bryan Kavana. The Wicklow Family History Centre couldn't locate and records for Peter, but they did send the baptisms for Michael's children.

Hello, My Great, Great, Great, Great, Grandfather John Byrne emigrated from County Wicklow in Ireland to Prince William County Virginia in 1724. He then later migrated to Braxton county (West Virginiaa. If you can tell me anymore about my Byrne ancestors I would appreciate it.

Sincerely,
