NEW BYAM BOOK!!

I have just been reviewing the messages on this board after an abscence of several months. There appears to be a lot of confusion about Asa Byam and his connection to George Byam. I have spent years doing extensive research on Asa Byam.
He is NOT descended from John Wesley Byam. His father is Phineas, son of Joseph Byam and Sarah Luce.
As I have had numerous requests for the details of this connection, I have decided to write a book entitled "UPDATE to the ASA BYAM SUPPLEMENT" referring to the supplement found in Edwin Colby Byam's book "Descendants of George Byam (?-1680)"
My book will contain extensive detail on Asa, his parents and siblings, as well as extensive additional information on his children and grandchildren, and as much of an update on Asa's descendants as I can manage.
I plan to make this book available to anyone who is interested, for cost. If anyone has information they wish to contribute, please e-mail me at rleeb@telusplanet.net or mail me at Unit 4, 1931 - 31st Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta, Canada T3E 2M8.
This new book is coming along well - I'm already well into Chapter 5!
If you are interested in obtaining a copy of this book, please let me know so that I have an idea of how many copies will be needed.
Also, for the benefit of all users of the new book, I'd like to include a list of libraries where the old book can be found. If you know where one is, please let me know.

Hi Patrick,
Please send me your e-mail addfress so I can contact you directly.
I found your Mom on page 382 of the old Byam book. She is my 5th cousin!
Your 5th greatgrandfather, Phineas Byam, is my 4th greatgrandfather.
Your 4th greatgrandfather, Eber Cole Byam, and my 3rd greatgrandfather,
Asa Byam, were brothers.
The new Byam book I am writing traces Asa's line.
Eagerly waiting to hear from you!
Ronna L. Byam

Classification: Query
Surnames: Jerome, Byam, Beacock
I am descended from Phineas Byam 1778. Lucinda Byam was his daughter, sister of Asa. She married Asahel Jerome in Hamilton, Ontario in 1826. They had a son Phineas Jerome, a daughter, Mary MELINDA Jerome 1835-1910. She had Phineas Isaac Beacock, my grandfather in 1871.
The name Phineas has been passed down in my family. My nephew is 16 years old and has the name! So the first Phineas was in 1778 and the latest was born 215 years later in Montana!
I wonder if I am too late to add to your Byam book with Lucinda's descendants. email me entnous53@aol.com Sincerely, Linda in Houston
