I am looking for any information on Elizabeth Bwanishing (listed on Durant Roll as Elizabeth Poneshing as well as Elizabeth Chingwa) Chingwa. She was born in 1852. She married John Chingwa (also documented as John Tchingwa)b.1837. They had at least one child: William Chingwa b. March 12, 1870. William Chingwa married Mary Chingwa and together they had at least five children: Agnes, Alice Lena, Lucius, Joseph, and John. All were members of the Little Traverse Band of Ottawa and Ojibwe Indians.
