I'm trying to find the parents, the date of birth and location, for Shubael Butterfield. He married Lucretia Calkins (who was born in MA) in Vermont in 1809 and proceeded to have 10 children. I have reason to believe Shubael was born in New Hampshire, but I'm not certain.

I also don't know his date of death or location. Lucretia was living with her daughter in Warren, MA in the 1860 census so I suspect Shubael died before then.
