I am looking for information about Joseph Buskey b.1869. In three different places lists his place of birth as VT, RI, and NH.
In 1880 he is in Oswego NY living with Philip Jerrew, Julia Lamoet, Cillia Lamoet. He is 10 years old. No relationships are listed. In other documents Jerrew is spelled Gerew and Lamoet is spelled Lamotte. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.
Margie

I am searching for information on Jacob Buskey, born feb 17, 1854 in Maryland, died in 1912 in Meyersdale, PA (Somerset County). Husband of Annie K. Lindeman Buskey. Father of 12 children,(Laura born 1879, Charles R. born Jan 1882, Christina Ester born 1885, Mary E. born Feb 1888, Martha S. born Jan 1890, Ruth E. born 1894, Oliver A. born Sept 1896-these are those listed in a 1900 census of Meyersdale, PA where all of his children were born. Jacob raised his family in Meyersdale, PA. He was a coal miner, and a well known man. According to the 1900 census of Meyersdale, PA, Jacob Buskey's (1854-1912)parents were both born in Germany.(possibly thought to be Jakel and Elizabethl Buskey in the 1860 Carroll County, Taneytown, Maryland census-but this is in no way known-just an assumption-does anyone have any info???

Looking Charles A. Buskey's geneological family

My father, Charles A. Buskey (now deceased) was orphaned at age 14 and lost all contact with his relatives and family roots. He was raised in upstate New York. Born in 1906 and died in 1973. If you have any Charles Buskey's in your family tree, please let me know. My mother is searching through her old papers to see if she can find my father's birth certificate which will give more vital statistics. Please contact me by Email - agricon@cyberhighway.net.
