line 32- listed with previous family- William Bush- who was a blacksmith:
Paul Burtis, 17, ***blacksmith***, born New York
Comment: Paul Burtis is NOT the son of Abraham "Burtis"- ***actually Ditmas****- who is listed immediately after Paul in the census. This Paul is the only Paul Burtis found in New York state.

Did not find Paul Burtis in 1855 in New Lots or Flatlands.
